When is the GMAT Taken?

Because the test is administered on computer, testing dates are flexible throughout the year. Students usually need to sign up about one month before their intended test date. Students can take the test once every 16 calendar days, no more than five times within any rolling 12-month period, and no more than eight times in a lifetime.

GMAT will offer an interim online, at-home testing option starting in mid-April in areas outside mainland China affected by COVID-19.
