When is the LSAT Taken?

The LSAT is offered in June, July, September, October, November, January, February, March, and April.

LSAT testing limits

LSAC will start imposing testing limits beginning with the September 2019 LSAT administration:

LSAC defines a testing year as June 1 through May 31. These limits will not be applied retroactively, so tests taken before September 2019 will not apply to these limits.

Additionally, LSAC will not allow anyone who has scored a 180 within the current and past five testing years to retake the test, even if they achieved this score before September 2019.
