Lindsay earned her B.A. in English with a concentration in Creative Writing from Hamilton College. She then earned her M.S. in Education from Northwestern University. After teaching and tutoring students with disabilities and learning differences, she trained in special education in order to better support the varied needs of all students. She currently teaches middle school language arts in New York City Public Schools in an Integrated CoTeaching (ICT) setting.
