Eli earned his B.A. in Music History and Theory from Oberlin College, where he also held a scholarship for Classical Vocal Performance. He then received an M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction from Lesley University. He is a Shady Hill Teacher Training Course Graduate and a Citizen Schools National Teaching Fellowship Graduate. Additionally, he has educational licensure in mathematics, physics, and humanities. Before working with Advantage Testing, Eli was the sixth grade Head Teacher at The Learning Project Elementary School for six years. Outside of work, Eli sings in Boston area choirs, dances, bakes, and is a regular practitioner of tai chi and qigong.
