Crain’s New York Business reported that in 2003, nine hundred people applied for tutoring positions at Advantage Testing and only five were hired. Every Advantage tutor has scored in the top 1 percent on the tests he or she tutors, and to work for Advantage Testing, tutors must be effective motivators—dedicated and energetic.
