Rob received his A.B. in Psychology from Georgetown University and his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center. During high school, he was a joint enrollment student at the Georgia Institute of Technology. He spent over a decade pursuing a career on Wall Street, including advising multibillion-dollar hedge fund clients as a securities lawyer and running the business development operations of the lobbying group for the hedge fund industry. He has since left the financial services arena in pursuit of creative endeavors, primarily as a screenwriter. In addition to other work, he shares writing credit for the historical biopic Milada, which was nominated for 10 Czech Lion awards (that country's version of the Oscars), including best film.
