Cyndi earned her B.A. from Northeastern State University, where she double majored in English and Education and minored in Psychology, graduating magna cum laude and as a top 10 senior. She continued her education at Northeastern with a double major in College Teaching and English and graduated summa cum laude with an M.S. in College Teaching. She then attended the University of Tulsa and took doctoral courses in medieval, Shakespearean, Victorian, and 19th-century American literature while teaching a variety of English courses and running the West Campus Writing Center at Tulsa Community College.
After moving to Houston, Cyndi taught at Houston Community College, Wharton Jr. College, and the Houston Court Reporting School before joining Advantage Testing. As a tutor, she excels at helping students do their best on both standardized tests and academic assignments. She tailors her tutoring to each student’s individual needs and loves working with all students. When Cyndi isn’t tutoring, she enjoys reading, theater, traveling, comic conventions, and F1 racing.
