Ziqi is a lifelong educator and current neurosurgery resident at the University of Louisville. He studied at the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University after graduating from Yale College with a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering.

At Yale, he earned four-year scholar athlete honors on the varsity men’s tennis team, consistently competing at the top singles and doubles positions. As a student athlete, Ziqi understands the challenges students face in a variety of situations and has developed the skills needed to excel in highly competitive, high-pressure environments. He has enjoyed teaching and mentoring students of all ages for over a decade, and he has authored educational materials in subjects ranging from middle school math to the MCAT and medical licensing exams. He specializes in high school, collegiate, and graduate-level academic STEM tutoring.

Outside of academics, Ziqi enjoys spending time outdoors, and he has completed several half-marathons and century rides across the country.
