Ziqi Wang, M.D., is a lifelong educator and current resident physician in neurosurgery at the University of Louisville. He completed his medical degree at the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University after graduating from Yale College with a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering.

At Yale, he earned four-year scholar athlete honors on the varsity men’s tennis team, consistently competing at the top singles and doubles positions. As a student athlete, Ziqi understands the challenges students face in a variety of situations and has developed the skills needed to excel in highly competitive, high-pressure environments. He has enjoyed teaching and mentoring students of all ages for over a decade, and he has authored educational materials in subjects ranging from middle school math to the MCAT and medical licensing exams. He specializes in high school, collegiate, and graduate-level academic STEM tutoring.

Outside of academics, Ziqi enjoys spending time outdoors, and he has completed several half-marathons and century rides across the country.
