Ziqi graduated from Yale University with a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering. As a varsity recruit for the men’s tennis team, he consistently played at the #1 lineup position, earning scholar-athlete honors all four years of his career. Ziqi is now studying for his M.D. at the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University. As a medical student and athlete, Ziqi understands the challenges students face in a variety of situations and has personally developed the skills to excel in a highly competitive, fast-paced, high-pressure environment. He began his teaching career eight years ago, tutoring, coaching, and mentoring students of all ages—kindergarten through college—in a variety of subjects, from middle school math to AP English Literature. He has gained experience working with students through the college and graduate school admissions process, in athletics and personal development. During high school, as a National AP Scholar and National Merit Semifinalist, he co-directed a nightly tutoring session once weekly, in addition to privately tutoring elementary, middle, and high school students. Ziqi's proven tutoring strengths are in high school math, science, and writing. Helping his teammates, classmates, peers, and students succeed is the most rewarding job he’s ever done.
