Tyler is a graduate of Tufts University, where he double majored in Computer Science and Drama. While at Tufts, he worked on many programming and design-related projects including pitching an Olympic Games iOS application, redesigning the university's computer lab layout for a more efficient work environment, and helping to develop a small computer game that garnered Official Recognition at the Boston Indie Games Festival. He also acted in many plays and musicals and served as the student liaison for the Department of Drama & Dance. After graduation, Tyler moved to Los Angeles, where he has taught a wide range of classes in the private school system, including Introduction to Computer Science, Game Design, Web Design, Data Structures, English, Algebra 2, and AP Statistics. He also coaches cross country, basketball, track and field, tennis, and golf. In his free time, Tyler loves a good board game.
