Kenny holds a B.S. in Biology from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). A valedictorian graduate of the Engineering and Science University Magnet School, Kenny began his undergraduate studies as a math major before shifting his focus to biology. Following graduation from MIT, he contributed to a climate change research lab and presented his findings at the MIT Energy Initiative Research Conference.
Kenny has participated in a variety of academic and leadership programs, including the MIT Educational Studies Program, MIT Momentum, and the MIT Leadership Training Institute. He was also a finalist in Columbia University’s AI Governance Hackathon, reflecting his wide-ranging interests in science, technology, and public impact.
A passionate musician, Kenny plays guitar, drums, and piano. He currently lives in Cambridge and has called six different U.S. states home.
