Jocabed (Jacoby) graduated first in her high school class before earning her B.A. in English, graduating cum laude from the University of Florida. She is bilingual in English and Spanish.

Jocabed is an Executive Functioning Coach with experience supporting middle school, high school, and college students in academic organization, time management, planning, and independent learning skills. She has worked extensively with learners of diverse backgrounds, developing individualized strategies tailored to a wide range of learning needs.

In addition to her one-on-one coaching, Jocabed serves as an Executive Functioning Mentor for a robotics after-school program, where she helps students apply organization, planning, and self-management skills in structured, real-world settings.

Extensively mentored by Beth Nottman of Nottman Learning Solutions, Jocabed takes a structured, accountability-driven approach that emphasizes independence, consistency, and confidence. She thoughtfully integrates technology-based tools and educational games to promote engagement while maintaining high expectations.

In her free time, Jocabed enjoys nature walks at sunrise or sunset, exploring local food spots, trying new recipes inspired by YouTube reels, creating arts and crafts projects, and spending time with her furry friends.
