Jennifer graduated from Grinnell College with a B.A. in Chemistry. She then earned her Ph.D. in Chemistry from Purdue University, where she tutored underrepresented students in Chemistry and Algebra and taught Introductory and Organic Chemistry. Jennifer is a member of the American Society for Mass Spectrometry and the American Chemical Society. Jennifer has conducted research at the Max Planck Institute for Coal Research in Muelheim, Germany, University of Colorado, Boulder, and University of Michigan. She is proficient in German. Outside of her work with Advantage Testing, Jennifer is involved in various outreach programs aimed at introducing young children, women, and minorities to STEM. In her spare time she enjoys learning languages, reading, and DIY projects.
