Christopher earned a B.S. with Honors in Biochemistry and Biology from Baylor University, followed by an M.S. in Biology from Baylor University and an M.S. in Chemistry from Boston College. During his undergraduate studies, he completed an Honors Thesis with Distinction, was recognized on the Dean’s List, received the President’s Gold Scholarship, and participated in Baylor’s Summer Undergraduate Research Program.
Christopher previously worked at Moderna throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, contributing to a critical moment in modern scientific and public health efforts. He is passionate about science education and regularly visits local classrooms to speak with students about careers in science.
Outside of his professional work, Christopher has a wide range of interests. He practices kendo (1-dan), is an avid SCUBA diver, and enjoys learning languages, including English, Polish, German, Russian, and Japanese (his current focus), as well as some Sanskrit. He also spends time building PCs, experimenting with deconstructionist cooking, and exploring developments in space technology. Known for being ambidextrous with notably strong pinky muscles, Christopher brings curiosity, discipline, and a sense of humor to everything he does.
