Starting in July 2019, LSAC will transition to offering the LSAT as a digital test

LSAC has announced that the LSAT will be administered as a digital test on tablets starting in July 2019, with a full transition to digital-only in all locations in September 2019. The format and content of the test will not otherwise change from the current paper LSAT.

At the July 2019 test date, some students will be assigned paper testing, while others will be assigned digital testing. For this transitional test date only, all July test takers will have the option to see their scores before deciding to cancel, and they will be able to retake the test through April 2020 without charge if they choose to cancel their July scores.

Additionally, the LSAT will be offered nine times each year starting with the 2019–2020 test cycle. All future LSAT test dates through April 2020 are:

  • November 17, 2018

  • January 26, 2019

  • March 30, 2019

  • June 3, 2019

  • July 15, 2019

  • September 21, 2019

  • October 28, 2019

  • November 23, 2019

  • January 13, 2020

  • February 22, 2020

  • March 30, 2020

  • April 25, 2020
