Sarah graduated summa cum laude from Princeton University with a major in Medical Anthropology and a minor in Environmental Science. She holds a Climate Health Fellowship with New York City Health + Hospitals in their Institute for Diseases and Disaster Management. For her thesis on healthcare for refugees and migrants on the Mexico/U.S. border, she received the University Center for Human Values thesis prize, the Stanley J. Stein thesis prize for the best thesis on a Latin American topic, the senior thesis prize in Anthropology, and the Rudolf Virchow undergraduate award. She has also received the Shapiro Prize for academic excellence, the Fisher Prize in science, the Curtis Goodwin ‘25 Award for Teamwork, and the Kerr Memorial Scholarship. In her free time, she loves swimming in cold bodies of water, hiking up mountains, and playing card games.
