Andrei earned a B.A. in Applied Mathematics from Cooper Union and a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Columbia University. He's worked at Google and Bridgewater Associates and teaches classes in NLP and machine learning at Columbia University. In his spare time, Andrei likes to travel and work out and is an avid squash player. He also enjoys spending time with friends and family in and around Brooklyn, N.Y.
