Elizabeth graduated magna cum laude from Yale University with a B.A. in Philosophy. Recognized for academic excellence, she is a six-time Science Olympiad national medalist and recipient of the Richard U. Light Fellowship for study of the Japanese language. Elizabeth is a passionate teacher and tutor: she has taught American Studies and English at the Chinese University of Hong Kong through the Yale-China Teaching Fellowship, and she has tutored Science, Math, English, and other subjects for over fifteen years. Elizabeth also served as an AmeriCorps Public Ally at Integrated Refugee and Immigrant Services in New Haven, CT. In addition to tutoring with Advantage Testing, she is currently writing a work of nonfiction about her time in China.
